Refunds and Returns Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of consumable products, our refund policy is limited to the following conditions:
- Unopened Products: Products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging are eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
- Perishable Items: Perishable goods (e.g., fresh foods, supplements with a short shelf life) cannot be refunded unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products returned without original packaging or missing parts.
- Items purchased on sale, gift cards, or promotional items.
- How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
- Photos of the product (if applicable, for damaged or defective items).
We will review your request and respond within 2 days with instructions for returning the product, if applicable.
- Return Shipping
- For Damaged or Defective Products: We will cover the cost of return shipping for products that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- For All Other Returns: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [email protected].
